San Jamar Allergen Kit

Part of the San Jamar Saf-T-Zone system, this allergen kit provides the basic tools you need to minimise food allergy risks. By colour coding purple, you can reduce the chance of cross contamination of allergenic ingredients.

Included in the kit is a purple cutting board, a chef knife, tongs and a turner, all colour coded to minimise the risk of cross contamination.
